2007—2015年贵州煤矿瓦斯事故分析与防治建议

Analysis and Prevention Advice of Gas Accidents of Guizhou Coal Mines from 2007 to 2015

摘要: 为了使贵州煤矿瓦斯防治措施制定更加有针对性,对2007—2015年贵州煤矿瓦斯事故按发生时间、地点、瓦斯灾害类别及煤矿性质进行统计分析,得出瓦斯灾害是贵州煤矿的第一大灾害,具有时间性、地域性及地方性的特点,煤与瓦斯突出为主要瓦斯灾害类别,掘进工作面为主要发生地点,地方乡镇煤矿是瓦斯事故的重灾区。同时,分析了瓦斯灾害发生的原因,提出了监管部门与煤矿企业相结合的降低瓦斯事故的综合防治措施,并得出了加强掘进过程中的瓦斯预测预报,控制地方乡镇煤矿的监管,重点提高六盘水、毕节两地区的瓦斯防治能力是降低全省瓦斯事故总量的关键。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to make more targeted gas prevention and control measures of Guizhou coal mines ,carry on the statistical analysis in time, place, gas disasters type and properties of coal mine of Guizhou coal mine gas accidents from 2007 to 2015.It is concluded that the gas disasters are the first major calamity in Guizhou coal mine, having the characteristics of timeliness, regional and local, coal and gas outburst as the main gas disasters category , tunneling faces as the main location, the local villages and towns coal mine gas accident is the worst-hit areas. At the same time, analyzing the reasons of the gas disaster, proposed comprehensive prevention and control measures of the regulators and the combination of coal mining enterprises to reduce the gas accident, and it is concluded that the key to reduce the amount of gas accidents is strengthen gas prediction in the process of excavation, control of local villages and towns coal mine supervision, focus on improving regional gas prevention and control ability of Liupanshui and Bijie.
